Chilli Prawn with Brocolli!!!


Ingredients

2 tbs Vegetable oil
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 tbs cornflour
Tomato ketchup
Soy sauce
Grinded chili paste (Not Prego..it's just a used bottle)
1 ts of vinegar or lemon
A cup of plain water
Tiger prawn (auummmm...)
Brocolli

Simple steps

1. Bring the wok to heat and add vegetable oil. Add in the chopped garlic and ginger. Wait till brown before adding the chili paste. Stir-fry the chili well.

2. Add prawns and cook 'em till it turns reddish.

3. Add in tomato ketchup, soy sauce and water. Bring to a simmer. Pour cornflour to thickened the sauce.

4. Lastly, add brocolli in and vinegar or squeeze lemon for some zest.

5. In 5 steps...tadaaa...a delicious balanced meal (High cholesterol prawns vs. Superb garlic, ginger, chilli and brocolli)
